Rates
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation at the time of booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount due. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all payments. No refunds will be given for early departures.
Taxes & Fees
The rates above do not include a 6% Idaho Sales Tax, a 2% Idaho Lodging Tax or a 5% Resort Fee. There is also a cleaning charge that will be calculated with your rental dates.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In is 4PM and Check-Out is 10AM. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out can be requested. Accommodation of your request cannot be guaranteed until the day before the Early Check-In or Late Check-Out when the use of the home just before (or after) your stay is known. Requests for late check out made the morning of departure can not be granted as cleaning staff are already in route to clean your home.
